History

Cantorelli is a group of singers from Hebden Bridge with an extensive repertoire of ‘a capella’ music from 15th century Europe to the present day.

Cantorelli came together as a group of eight singers in Hebden Bridge 12 years ago. Since then they have performed a wide range of ‘a capella’ music from medieval Europe to the present day in concerts mainly in the north of England. For many years Cantorelli has also worked with Anna Friman of the group Trio Medieval and John Potter at York University.
